I'm StraightEdge but...

I don't have a problem with other people smoking weed. I think it's about time that the government legalizes it, I think it would help improve the economy in tons of ways, from the snack food industry to the entertainment industry(more specificly comedians, since from what I've been told everything is funnier after you take acouple hits). Then there is also the fact that if it was legalized the government would try to geneticly f*** with the nations weed supply until it just flatout sucked ass! Soooo, which would you rather have?

It's time for a change.

Everywhere I go, people are always talking about weed kills you, you'll mess up your life, it kills brain cells, and all the hype. You people are stressing over a completely harmless plant that has done ABSOLUTELY nothing, but enhance the lives of mankind. Well, did all you weed hating, sh*t talking people know that there are plenty of people that use marijuana recreationally and get exceptionally high grades and GPAs in college and high school? Trust me, I know MANY people that smoke and are still doing exceptionally well in their academic studies, even nerds that rarely talk to others smoke, Cops, Lawyers, even parents themselves that teach their children to not use drugs smoke marijuana. Now, if you people don't want to believe me, that's your problem, I'm telling you guys the God honest truth, you might as well be smoking your lungs away with cancer causing cigarettes and drinking alcohol until you get liver disease that requires operation. And keep paying all your hard earned money to all these tobacco companies that don't give a sh*t about you nor anybody else, but being responsible for over half a million deaths a year, if at the end, you hard headed people are going to end up having cancer, when it's a fact that marijuana has NEVER killed a single person in history. Think about it, cigarettes and alcohol kill more people EVERY day, EVERY month, and EVERY year more than anything else, and they're somehow legal. Marijuana is guaranteed to improve the recession in a matter of years when it gets taxed, and I have a very strong feeling that it WILL outsell alcohol and cigarettes. Trust me when I say this but, there's going to be a day that marijuana will be legalized, it's America's # 1 request.

I think It's the safest drug out there!

I think it should be legal, For one, it's the safest drug out there, you don't see people killing other people over it, think about, how many people kill others because of drunk driving or using meth and blowing up their house or etc. The only side effects of mary jane is happy, hungry and sleepy, maybe it could cure some things. Government needs to accept Marijuana

I think that Obama should legalize weed. I mean half of the world probably uses it. And its actually used for medical reasons so how can it be bad for you? Just think there could be more open jobs for growing it and selling it. Think of the billions of dollars the US could have. They should just sell it in stores. People sell it on the streets so think of how much business stores would get for selling it. Just legalize it already and help our economy out for a change. Nothing can get worse. The US is already in debt of like billions of dollars. Its harmless. You never know it could cure cancer lol.

Marijuana should be a Symbol of our Country

Did you all know that the Declaration of Independence was written on HEMP paper, or that the Civil War back when was about Marijuana crops, or that a law in Jamestown was to grow Cannabis? I bet you didn't know that George Washington had one of the biggest Marijuana fields recorded in history? Shouldn't all these big things mean that our hemp plant is a symbol of the United States? I mean, The words our government rule, Govern, and enforce are written on paper made of cannabis. For Christ Sakes. Hell, Ill tell you right now for any Police, Government members, Pff, Even the President. Im a 15 year old stoner, atleast 13,000 points of THC in me. Come get me, I dont care. The legalization of marijuana would be great. It is a crop where the whole product can be used. Paper and rope can be made from the stalks, and the seeds are already used in many tanning products. Legalizing Marijuana can open construction jobs, for the building of the factories to process the product, as well as factories to process the the stalks to manufacture paper and/or rope.

I heard about this on the radio a while ago. If you're in favor of the decriminalization of a harmless drug and the restoration of our rights as American citizens, then you should call this number and vote today. Better yet, call your congressperson and give them the number, too. It starts with us.
